Jill and Mary Jane will be showing off all the cute paintings, letters for kids rooms, wine coolers, etc...that they have created. Make sure you come and look at all their new items for yourself or a gift for a friend.
Our dad was the one with the talent in art.He was the one who designed the original mascot for the El Campo Ricebirds.I always attributed my love for drawing from him.Our mother, Beth, also had a way of using her talent, by sewing.She started a small business shortly before she died in 2003 called “Handy Helpers”.She made beautiful bags for walkers and wheelchairs with matching cup holders.Mary Jane and I unfortunately did not inherit her sewing talent, so we decided to start another small business called “Designs by Beth, selling watercolor paintings of children with little round heads.Mary Jane was the one who thought of “Melon Head Babies”, since they looked like children with melon heads.
As time has gone by, Mary Jane and I have come up with other ideas for decorating children’s rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and just about any room in your home.We will be adding a new site soon for the holidays.Everything we have can be used for decorating or great for that special gift.
If you have a favorite photo, I can copy as a watercolor or acrylic painting which also can be personalized.Remember, if there is a special something you want, we will do our best to come up with something you will like.Just let us know!
